1. Irrigation System and Rehabilitation/Management Project (ISRP)

- Phase-I (1983)

- Phase-II (1989)

(In 1983, ACOP (Alluvial Channels Observation Project) signed an agreement with Federal Coordination Cell, the project named was “Irrigation System and Rehabilitation Project (ISRP) Phase-I under which the services provided by the ACOP were: (i) Condition Survey; (ii) Detailed data collection of problematic channels ;(iii) Hydraulic impact evaluation of channels Proposed for rehabilitation and (iv) providing training to Provincial Irrigation Department. It was further extended as phase-II in 1989.

2. 1988- Flood/Rain Damages Restoration Project

8. Master Feasibility Studies for Flood Management of Hill Torrents of Pakistan (1998)

The preparation of Master Feasibility of Hill Torrents of Pakistan was assigned under Contract between Federal Flood Commission (FFC), Ministry of Water & Power, Government of Pakistan and National Engineering Services Pakistan imited (NESPAK) Signed on 11th June 1995. The primary objective of the study was to provide a basic Framework for orderly and integrated development of land and water resources of hill torrents Of Pakistan.

10. National Drainage Programme (NDP) (1997-2004)

The Water Sector Strategy was developed through the water Resources Strategy Study, Initiated in July, 2001 and executed by the Ministry of Water and power, Government Of Pakistan, through the office of the Chief Engineering dviser/Chairman Federal Flood Commission in close association with federal and provincial Working Groups. The outcome Is a five volume document, referred to as a whole as the National Water Sector Strategy. The objective of the studys to provide an updated, comprehensive strategy and a framework for the water sector within which competing demands for water and scarce financial resources Can be assessed and service delivery improved.
