National Water Policy

The irrigation network of Pakistan is one of the largest contiguous irrigated systems in the World. The snow-clad peaks of the mountain ranges in the North continuously re-charge the system. The descending snow-melt and monsoon waters flow into the country’s Indus River System and its tributaries.

قومی آبی پالیسی پاکستان کا آبپاشی نیٹ ورک دنیا کے سب سے بڑے ملحقہ آبپاشی نظاموں میں سے ایک ہے۔ شمال میں پہاڑی سلسلوں کی برف سے ڈھکی چوٹیاں مسلسل نظام کو دوبارہ چارج کرتی ہیں۔ برف پگھلنے اور مون سون کا پانی ملک کے دریائے سندھ اور اس کی معاون ندیوں میں بہہ جاتا ہے۔
